Pressurized and Volumetric Depositing Manifolds

We offer a truly unique range of manifolds that are pressure-balanced and operate either on a time/pressure basis or as a closed volumetric system. These systems require no manual balancing and can be controlled remotely. Our manifolds are designed for direct connection to a continuous aeration system or a metering system—such as a pump unit. When used with aerated masses, the advantages become clear: no need for hoppers, no deterioration of cell structure, improved temperature control, reduced mess, and easier, more efficient cleaning routines.


Sheeting and Extruding Manifolds

Designed for retrofitting to baking lines, secondary processing lines, and wafer lines, our manifolds handle sponge batters, dairy and non-dairy creams, jams and jellies, fondants, and icings. They can be custom-manufactured to produce either a single sheet or multiple lanes or ropes.


Cream Processing Lines

Designed to receive product from a feed conveyor or manual loading, our processing lines feature multi-axis depositing and injection stations, along with decorating and sprinkling units. These systems perform multiple operations on the same product as it moves along a continuous transport conveyor.
